1. Information, not advice

Everything on the Site, including articles, analysis, charts, data, calendars, screeners, reviews, comments and newsletters, is general information and education. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency, commodity or digital asset. 2. Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Leveraged products such as CFDs, futures, options and margin trading can result in losses that exceed your deposit. 3. Market data and third-party content

Quotes, charts, calendars, news feeds, heatmaps and screeners are provided by TradingView and other third parties. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided "as is". Use of TradingView widgets is also subject to TradingView's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or for sites we link to.

4. Affiliate and sponsored links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, marked as such where they appear. If you open an account or buy a product through them we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never influences our ratings or editorial content.

5. Intellectual property

Our articles, graphics, logo and site design are protected by copyright and other laws and belong to Stocks & Commodities or our licensors. You may read, link to and share short quotations with attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish, scrape, redistribute or create derivative works from our content, in whole or in part, without written permission. Third-party marks and data remain the property of their owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping or excessive requests, no impersonation, and no promotion of investment schemes or unsolicited advertising in comments. We may remove content and block access at our discretion.

7. Comments and submissions

You are responsible for what you post. By submitting a comment or message you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and remove it. Do not post personal financial information, confidential information or anything you do not have the right to share.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stocks & Commodities, its owners, editors and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage, including trading losses and lost profits, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
